Value from waste, shared with communities
950+ tons of byproducts kept out of open burning. Steady income for 25 cooperatives and 10K+ farmers, about 80% of them women-led families.
A modular, green-chemistry platform for critical-mineral recovery from agro-industrial biomass byproducts. Built for scalable manufacturing and data-driven process control.
01The platform
Most minerals come from mining or heavy refining. We take a cleaner route. Our platform, ModularAsh™, recovers mineral value from agricultural ash and byproducts and runs on many feedstocks. Powered by our BioModX™ modular units, it scales close to the source.
That means lower cost, lower carbon, and a steadier supply. Potassium carbonate is the first output, not the whole story. The platform is the company.

For technology
A low-energy, multi-feedstock process with AI-driven optimization and modular, scalable manufacturing.
For business & fundability
A capital-efficient modular model and a growing mineral pipeline that widens the market with the same process.
For customers
Reliable potassium carbonate with clear traceability from farm to factory and a lower-carbon footprint.
How it works
01 · In
We source agricultural ash and byproducts through our cooperative network, so supply stays steady and traceable.
02 · Platform
Our platform recovers the minerals. It is modular, low-energy, and tuned by data for consistent quality.
03 · Out
We deliver high-purity potassium carbonate today, with more minerals in the pipeline.

Mineral family
One platform can recover different minerals from different agricultural byproducts. We separate what is producing today from what remains in development.
Producing now
Potassium carbonate is the mineral product producing today. The other highlighted families remain in the pipeline.
02Solutions
The breadth is the point: one platform creates practical value for industry, agriculture, and personal care.

04Impact
Our cooperative network secures traceable feedstock and returns income to the communities that supply it.
05Company
Cocoa Potash began in Ghana with a practical question: what if the byproducts left after every harvest were feedstock rather than waste?
From that question the team built a modular platform that recovers critical minerals from agro-industrial biomass byproducts and returns value to the farmers and processors who supply them.
