A local problem pointed to a wider opportunity.
On cocoa farms, agricultural byproducts were often treated as a disposal problem. Cocoa Potash began by asking a more useful question: what value could be recovered from material already close to the source?
Today, ModularAsh™ is the platform behind that idea. It is designed to work across agricultural feedstocks and support modular production near supply. Potassium carbonate is the first output—not the end of the story.
